Processes

  • Describe the client journey: where they come from, which stages they go through, when they pay.
  • Mark where leads and time are lost today.
  • Decide which pipelines you need: sales, repeat sales, service.

Channels

  • A list of every lead source: WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, website, portals.
  • Which numbers and accounts are used and who owns them.

Data

  • Gather clients from Excel, phones and old systems into one table.
  • Remove duplicates and agree on a phone number format.
  • Decide which history to migrate and which can stay archived.

People and access

  • Who will work in the CRM and in what role.
  • Who should see what: their own deals, their department or the whole company.
  • Who owns the implementation on the company side.

Reports

  • Which 3–5 numbers management wants to see every week.
  • How the sales plan is calculated today.
